Smile Front manual hub problem

Hallo to everybody.
I have a little problem on my 1989 F-150, the end cover from my manual hub with the hexagonal screws and the switch in their, is turning right and left a little bit and Com's out a tine bit. Didnt tray to force on it. The screws do not move a bit. May be broken inside? Would be happy somone could post some assembling pictures or ideas.
Thank you for every help.

Are these the original hubs or are they aftermarket?
Here's a pic of the original. http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-...p_and_knob.htm

Do they say Warn, MM, or Superwinch on them?

I would just pull the cap and see if anything is broken or loose. There should be some sort of spring behind the ****. Maybe broke? You need to remove to inspect.
