nick, you will have to modify the header for the headlights to fit. and the grill, you will have to trim it or buy one of the grills that is already cut off of ebay. there are a couple of guys here that have the new style grill with the old style bumper. and i am not sure but, the clips that mount the grill on the bottom wont line up with the old header panel. i think the ebay grills have the clips glued on so that you will be able to clip it in.

Just remember what ever you do for your headlights, you want them to be truely functional. There are several cheap headlight that fade after 1-2 years that are being sold on ebay, cheap china made stuff. Lighting on them is also horrible. Do your homework.

dfuser, i got my headlight harness from you and did the full conversion as well. thank you for the write up. thats the only way that i would have been able to do it. i have had it for a year now and love it everytime i look at my truck. it's kind of funny but, when i see an 00-04, i look at it and say, oh, that an old one. even though mine is an 01...
