1992 Explorer clutch

1992 explorer clutch
Oh y'all. This is my first post here. I hope someone can help me.
I have a 1992 Explorer 2 door with a 5 speed manual tranny. This is my favorite of all the vehicles I have owned in the past 10 or so years. But, in the past couple of months, the clutch has started grabbing almost all the way at the top. When I bought it almost a year ago, it was grabbing about midway. I have filled the clutch fluid. This hasn't changed much if anything. What am I looking at here??
