I don't want to pick an argument, but when I purchased the 24-inch Icons for my Excursion back in May of this year, I found both A's and B's at Advance Auto where I live. The difference between the two is in how the air spoiler is oriented.

When you look up the ICONS in the Bosch list, it calls for simply for the A's on BOTH sides.

I only bought A's and the air spoiler faces in the correct direction. The only thing I'll try next time: the 22" or 24"...

Always thought the 20" are a bit small looking on a truck like the X.

For my truck the book and thier website both said to use 420A on the driver side and 420B on the passenger side.

Here is a link to the page on thier site.

If anyone can find a 424B I will be impressed. It is not listed in any of thier brochures, or for sale anywhere that I can see.

I can say with 100% certainty that I purchased 2 Bosch Icons 424A's and installed them on my truck. The spoilers face in the right direction on both, and they work great.

I have to at this point humbly admit that I stand corrected. My memory tricks me sometimes.

beerstalker...

That indeed is interesting. It appears that there must be some difference between the '03 and the '07 wiper blades (at least with A and B).

Here's the link for the '03 Excursion wiper blades:

Only A's for the front.

I use Valeo Ultimates on my Excursion, 20" front 16" rear, work excellent, got them from tire rack, also thinking about getting bigger blades for the front and rear next time around, what is the best size to use?

I put the 18" Icon on, if I remember correctly I measured it and I think 18" is as big as you can fit...

I checked out the store over the weekend... Man those 24" look awefully long... Hard to believe that they fit... I can understand the 22"...

Do the 24" blades stick over the windshield on the passenger side?
