Power steering pump leaks
I put in a reman pump about a month ago the replacement leaked right away pulled it out now this one leaks. Checked the clamps & the bottom line was loose. Got it snugged up & was OK for awhile, 15 minutes maybe, drove it to my first destination it appeared to be fine & now it leaks while sitting. Do I need another o-ring maybe? I can't really seem to locate the point of origin on the leak.
Any thoughts?
BTW, what size is the nut? I was trying to use a line wrench11/16 is big 5/8 is small. Is it metric? I tried a 16mm. A 5/8 open end works, what's up with that?
