Exhaust buying help
Iam looking to make my truck louder, 87 f150 stock exhaust. I have looked at that flowmaster site and iam not to sure what to get to go with my truck, I want to hear it rumbling when i sit at a red light, wondering what you guys have done in the past what could you recomend, extra cash n its burning a hole in my pocket lol. thnx guys

Do you want it to sound like a V-8? That might be a little difficult. There's a thread in the inline-six forums that contains a YouTube video with a mean-sounding straight-six, so you might want to look there. I haven't seen it because videos don't get along with my dial-up. Other than that, the only suggestion I can give is to call the manufacturers and see what the tech guys recommend.

I like my force 2 system...It's not too loud though...I would recommend cutting off the second cat so it goes about three in. all the way back...it sounds pretty good at low to mid rpm's very deep...not a V8 sound though...

Thnx for the input guys, one more question, say i hollow out the second cat and rid of the stock muffler and put in a super 40 flowmaster , is that somthing possiable can it be done.
