drop kit

I am looking for a lowering kit for my 82 f150 extended cab. its 2wd. any ideas.

Get you some dropped I-beams or dropped spindles for the front, and some longer shackels or an axle flip kit for the rear. You could also remove a few leaf springs from the pack, but that lowers your load capacity.

I've been looking into the same thing lately,check out Belltech...Summit Racing also carries front & rear kits from another company (can't recall the name) that I found on their site........it was like 160 for the rear,and 600 something for the front........

Go through Summit and ask about the 3/5 kit from DJM. I went DJM 3 inch beams and 4 inch shackle and hanger setup from Bell Tech. I didn't want the flip kit for I think I would need to notch the frame to get any travel at all.

Nice flair Mudge!
I went with the AIM kit and did a flip with c-section in the back. Other than AIM sent the beams with the wrong ball joints it should work out alright.
