i'm sure having your edge stacked with your sct and both on high has nothing to do with it 
puking from what i understand is coolant blowing out of your overflow/storage bottle. also known as the Degas bottle. this is usually from compression getting into your coolant system, and the number way of this happening is head gasket failure.
you've been living on borrowed time with the setup you're running, i'm suprised you went this long before it happened. you need to back down your programming, but i think you may want to look into head studs my friend. the cheapest i found them so far was from farmboys diesel, that's who i ordered mine from.
