window will not work

I have a 02 F-250 4x2 lariet crew cab with the v-10. The windows started acting up after I had my battery replaced. They worked fine wedensday night now when they go down they just go a little way. Then you have to fight it to get it back up. (Turn the truck off and on unplug the switch pack etc.) I went to ford and got a new master control (after checking the fuses) and it still did not work. It looks like the pins are ok. I even tried disconnecting the battery and waiting 5 min. then hooking it back up with no luck.

Thanks

Will

Turn the truck off and leave the doors shut. The radio will still play for a few minutes correct? Also the windows should still work. Do this and with the radio playing, try to move the windows. Does the radio keep playing when they stop? You have a battery saver relay and circuit, and I am wondering if it's working correctly.

I tried it this morning and I can roll all of the windows up and down this morning and the radio did not turn it self off. Yesterday I went to roll the windows down and they locked up again. So I unplugged the moduel in the drivers door and eventually got them up.

Thanks for your help.
