Hello, it all depends on how much horsepower and money you want to spend, a basic add on is a good intake, carb, cam, and a free flowing exhaust system. A good intake is either a Edelbrock Performer RPM or the Weiland Stealth- power range is 1'500 to 6'500, a camshaft with around 540 lift and a 750cfm vacume secondry carb, ( A double pumper if you want a bit more power ) as I have learnt- make sure all your parts are in the same RPM range... eg- intake and cam, hope this is of some help.

Thanks thats a big help. There are far too many choices lol. I was looking into the direction of how Ford builds their 460 cobra jet. I liked the super victor manifold a double pumper for sure, and I have been talking to Chris Mays ot comp cams and they will make one for me as soon as i get heads flowed tested and the rest of the specs. I would liek to get the cobra jet heads or the BOss heads. This is my toy, so it will take a while and lots of money but i want to do it right and the way i want it.
