power window issues...

power window issues...
Three days with my new to me '04 cc lwb 6.0, 124k runs like a champ!! So far no turbo lag as been reported through topics..just a great truck...knock on wood!
Only issue I have right now is concerning the power windows, and the doors. All four windows when they go up or down, have this shuddering noise, not with the motor whyning, but seems like the track is vibrating as it travels up and down. Anyone have an idea why it does this, and better yet a fix??
The doors make a 'squeaking' noise when they travel open or closed. I sprayed lubricant on the hinges, but it doesnt seem to do much good.

Mine driver window motor does the same shuttering, kind of like a gear jumping track and making a clacking sound. It is gradually getting worse. Unfortunately, you cannot just get the gear for the motor, you have to get a new motor. I haven't changed mine out yet but Autozone has the motors for under $50 ea. Kind of wierd that all four of yours are doing it though???
