02' Rear spring sag...

Has any one had there rear springs go bad? My 02' f350 has 120k on it and the rear springs are flat. When I pull a trailer (6x12 'bout 3000 lb) they flat.
The suspention guy said it is common for Ford to have new springs put in around 120k. Is that true? Anyone else replace worn out rear springs? If so, what brand should I replace them with. I would like 4 to 6 in of lift, at some point...... Thanks all.

Based on a veriety of variables, some springs just last longer than others.
If you are gonna lift it, now is the time. You can get an all spring kit, and it will come with a brand new spring pack. Wow most of us look for a reason to buy a new lift kit, and yours sounds like the perfect excuse.
