rough running

rough running
jumped in my truck thismorning, fired it up, it ran good for a couple seconds then started missing and runing real rough with the cel on. It's done this a few times before but it always sorted itself out. Checked codes and it had a p0603 and p 1111.
I'm thinking it is the uvc wiring just curious if anyone else has had this same problem.

603 Probably from the chip , or from having the batteries unhooked,,1111 system pass 49 state except econoline....
Check the cover connections & the UVCH.....
