Help With Window

Hi There Well I Took The Door Panel Off To Try And Fix My Passanger Window That Would Not Roll Up Or Down Now The Motor Works Fine It Looks Liek One Of The Cables Came Un Plugged There Is A Wired Loose Inside The Door Panel Can Anyone Please Help Me I Took On More Than I Can Handle...thnaks For Any Help You Might Be Able To Give Me.

I SEE a lot of wires but it looks like one was disconnected and I am not sure were it goes any help will be very appreciated.

Can you tell what color the wire(s) is?

On EDIT: I found your newest post on this issue... I'll put these together...

i took the motor off and see that the 2 plastic circles are broken and the gray wire came undone
