Center Console
First of all, Greetings from Colorado! This is my first post to the FTE website as I just acquired my pickup about 3 weeks ago.
I'm interested in some sort of additional Center Console and was wondering if anyone has seen/heard of/built/thought of anything for the floor hump in a 2000-ish SuperDuty. I have a 2000 F250 PS Crew with the 40/20/40 spilt in the front. I enjoy this configuration because the fold down center console is a better fit for my driving/leaning! And I know there is the Smoothie cupholder from Geno's Garage which I'll probably add at some point, but until then, the only cupholder I have pulls out from the dash, and isn't really big enough for a Nalgene size water bottle or the large 32 oz Gatorade bottle.
Anyone have any suggestions? Or do I need to forcefully blast myself into the world of speaker box construction? I could make something covered in carpet, patent it, and make a million selling one to each Ford owner in America!

This one's pretty nice. You could always make the top portion different in order to do what you want it to do.

Take a look in my gallery....mine are custom made by myself and a friend of mine. I have always removed the center console (or middle seat), but I have made a couple to fit in between the center seat and the dash. Most of what I make is designed for 2-way radio stuff, but could be easily made to hold whatever your looking for. They are actually quite simple, just use some 1/2" or bigger plywood, and some automotive carpeting. If you want to get fancy, make the top out of cherry or oak or something (that will be my next one!)
