Phone use

Can the 08 super duty with navigation system use hands free calling? How is this accomplished do you have to buy something extra for your phone to hookup to the nav. system?

You might try Mito's bluetooth setup if your phone is bluetooth compatable. There are a lot of options available, you just need to pick out what features are the most important.
