Now lets try again on a stock model T with 20-40HP, and no mods.I mean, if your pushing 3-4x more power then stock, might as well mod up the other cars as well to make it fair

Still really funny thoug, haha

Back when my dad was in high school, he knew a guy that had a blueprinted 327 in his Model T. He could wheelie it quite easily.

Hook up a 10,000-lb trailer and repeat the test...

Or strip down the Crown Vic, the Cummins and the H2 like the Model T--no A/C, no P/S, no radio, etc.

Apples to oranges test.

"Apples to oranges test."

You're right. It was 1930's technology competing against 2007 technology. The 1930's technology won.

Except that 1930's technoloy was pushing almost 4x more power then it orginially had, lets mod up that cummins so its pushing 900HP, might as well do the same with the hummer, and do the test again.

Those Speedsters area blast!! A guy had one at a local show here. He fired it up to show people what it sounded like, and the exhaust blew over his lawn chairs!

Yup, 20's AND 30's...

I remember my father (who would be 105 now) telling stories about the Model T's going everywhere... And soaking the wood wheels to keep the spokes in them, and other various things.

I had a '27 T roadster and tried to drill a hole in the bumper. The bits just spun and turned blue.

Actually, it started out as 20's technology and was upgraded with 30's technology. It was running at 100 hp on 30's technology. If you took 90's technology and upgraded it to 2000's technology, you would've gotten the same result.

well to make it ALL fair, why not upgrade everything to the newest vehicle...or downgrade all to the oldest...either way, quit whining...
