Except that 1930's technoloy was pushing almost 4x more power then it orginially had, lets mod up that cummins so its pushing 900HP, might as well do the same with the hummer, and do the test again.

Actually, it started out as 20's technology and was upgraded with 30's technology. It was running at 100 hp on 30's technology. If you took 90's technology and upgraded it to 2000's technology, you would've gotten the same result.
