Hellwig Stabilizer Bar---How Many Bushings?
Thanks in advance,
Marylyn
There are also some washers in there too. I am about to leave so I can't go snap a picture right now, but perhaps someone else can post a link to a picture.
Anyhow, I'm pretty sure it had 4 bushings - one under and over the swaybar end on each side.
--- Edit ---
Correction: I just found my parts list that came with the sway bar. It lists several diff. kinds of bushings:
1-1/4" Poly bushing (2)
5/8" Hourglass poly bushing (2)
End link bushings (4)
Hope this helps

Link source for install pictures. http://www.supermotors.net/vehicles/registry/9/13359
I went to the site with the full install. Your links look much different than what I have (it's not yet installed due to the missing bushings).
My down links that connect to the sway bar kinda look like a tootsie roll pop lolly pop, with the round end of the pop connecting to the frame(with 1 bushing), and the stick part connects to the sway bar using 1 bushing on each side of the washer/nut. Yours looks different so I'm hoping that I have a new and improved model or it's the wrong one for a 2003 V10 4X4 Excursion!
BTW any way to fully check if the shock mount is on correctly, looks like it should flush up against that 'knuckle' on the axle, but how do I know for sure it's there. I have a 'coat of paint' between the axle and the bottom mount. I have been driving around and no noise and it feels OK.
Thanks
Tony
