Just kidding, I bet you guys were ready to kick my **** ha ha. We all know that rangers are a mans mans truck and some ladies as well. I sure will miss the ranger when there gone. I'm gonna keep mine up and hope to have it for years to come, pass it down to my grandson someday!!!!!!!!!!!!
I noticed that Florida now uses the FX4 Rangers in their Forestry Division. They are tough looking trucks after being seen coming out of the woods around here. I suppose they changed over to them for fuel economy and better movement due to the smaller size.
"Yeah", the S-10 and it's gay cuison the colorodo. Ranger's do really well off-road, thats why I wheel one, thier small size is allmost jeep like in tight places. Not to mention that thier tuff as nails. The ranger is a real sucess story for ford, instead of building on that sucess, they want to kill it. You would of thought that the taurus would of taught them something !!!

?????? fuel efficient over an h2, is about as efficient as it gets
I think there nuts anyway for even thinking about killing the ranger with gas at 3 bucks a gallon, the prices will get worse, not better. The ranger gives people an alternitive who need a truck, but can't afford gas for a f-150 and thats gonna be more and more people I'm afraid .
heck ......even if they kept the ranger, i couldn't afford to buy one. i can barely afford to buy the $3.00 a gallon gas for the old ('87) ranger. i'll just have to keep my old one, thats one way of keepin um alive.
well i love my ranger, but im facing one heck of a problem. I am getting my granddaughter and step daughter to go along with the stepdaughter i already have. that leaves me with three kids and a wife. i cant fit them across the bench seat in my regular cab and they just plain wont fit in the extended cab ranger.. i dont want to spend the gas on a f150 so what am i to do..Dodge stinks worse than the landfill on a hot summerafternoon.. i went and looked at the colorado and its just as tight unless i buy the four door cab with a four foot bed on the back... thats so big i cant even carry my lunch pail in there.. now toyota offers the four door pickup in the six foot bed which is barely big enough ( i really want a seven or eight foot bed but hey) so im going to test drive it. I hate i mean really HATE to have to look at this truck but if it fits the bill of what i need, im going to have to buy it. That is todays problem with the manufacturers they dont have what the buying public needs or wants...
Ranger1999 you could always go with a exployer Sporttrak. I know they don't have the biggest bed but they do have pleanty of room inside. It is based off of the EXPLOYER SUV. and well all know that is just a Ranger with a camper shell!
