Rusted Shackles

A buddy of mine has a '88 E-250 and the shackles are rusted. Ford say's they no longer make these and he is also having no luck aftermarket. Anyone have a supplier for these?

Maybe performancesuspension.com might be able to at least cross reference them. and get a set for an F-150 that will work.
