Spread Hood??
Hey Guys
I have been trying to fit all of the sheet metal on my 55. I have a tilt hood on it now and I am noticing the rear of the hood on the drivers side has too big of a gap between the hood and fender and I can't adjust the rail that the roller rolls on in far enough to line up. It seems that the hood needs to be spread out to close the gap and line up on the rail. Can this be done without tearing up something else? It will have to bend in the hinge support area and that looks like it would be hard to do. I know someone out there has done this.
