SCT files

Does anybody know the average wait time before you get your first three file with a new SCT purchase from Spartan? I know their really busy, I was just wondering because I can't wait for the to get here and try them out. Thanks

Matt is usually very prompt, however I do know he is out of town on business for a couple of days. How long have you been waiting?

Same here, about a week. Worth the wait though. I was very impaitient and anxious, but now I see why we wait. The tunes he sent are perfect, and can't be beat. So hang tight it is worth the time.

Give Matt a call. Back up your conversation with an e-mail that way you document your conversation. Matt is very overwhelmed and might be having trouble keeping up with a quick timeline. Keep touching base to see how it is coming and trust the fact that he will deliver your tunes. Every one of us here that have purchased tunes from matt have recieved them and are very satisfied with them. This is a tough wait I know! In todays world we are so accostomed to instant gratification for everything, but we all need to remember that quality comes to those who wait. hang tight, and you will be one very happy customer just like me.

Matt's on his way home and will check on your file. He says thanks for your patience as he's been away on business and will take care of it as soon as he can.

Guys, just got home; I am still here.

Going on 40 hours with no sleep now. I don't think you want me writing ANYONE tunes right now A well-trained drunk monkey could do better at the moment.

I have a dyno event tomorrow morning and early tomorrow afternoon; as soon as I get home I will get caught up on pending tunes. Anyone and everyone still waiting can expect to see them tomorrow afternoon I have set aside several hours strictly for that purpose, being so far behind...

I'm going to be catching up with Storm tomorrow (as I haven't even had a chance to talk with him in 3 days) concerning progress with the database. I'm going to try to push up our time schedule on having the online database finished and operational in order to cut these tune lead times down to essentially nothing

Thanks Matt. I didn't know you were out of town for the past couple of days. Make sure you get plenty of rest. Your more important than some tunes. Keep up the great work and don't run yourself ragged. Thanks again.

Guys, just sat down in front of the computer to get all of the pending tunes taken care of. Anyone waiting; be checking your email all night tonight and tomorrow, because all tunes are departing this weekend

WHERE'S MY TUNES !!!!!!

just kidding matt... i'm still in arizona, will be towing my crap back to vegas late tonight, and i will check my email when i get home. will probably be around midnight or 1 am YOUR time before i'll need the hotter file.
I'm not sure if evan told you the issue we were having with my agg/street file so get a hold of him and he can fill you in. Also, i left you an email about the FASS, and evan was gonna fill you in on that too hopefully we can get that changed before it gets shipped out.
again thanks for everything SPARTAN guys have set the bar pretty high for everyone else !!
