I asked about this a while ago and from what they told me is that it was the best hp bolt on for the efi 460 they had ever seen or used. I could never get a price on one so i personally never got it but from everything ive seen its great.

For those interested to know. Banks Power Pack System for 1989 F250 460 standard cab long box. $1,863.00 delivered. Not including installation. Sounds steep, but, it's all Stainless, 5/8" header flanges, 3.5" exhaust.
