uh oh

Replaced my first motor recently, bought a crate (5.0, 91 f150) motor and pulled the old one transfered the parts from it to the new one yadda, yadda. You know how it goes. I enjoyed it, more work than i suspected. No leaks so far everything seem to have turned out ok. Except for, I know nobody here has ever done this, I forgot to put the damn flag for the timing back. I thought I could get it close enough by ear, it does run fairly smooth now but it really seems to be lacking in hp. I have read a couple of the posts on timing problems and I am convinced that, for myself, I need to put my flag back on and get a light. Hopefully thats the main cause for the lack of power.

I can't figure out where the flag mounts. I have an idea where it should go but can't seem to find a good fit when it comes to actually bolting it on.

Any help in locating the right spot for my flag would be appreciated.
