Wierd idle

Wierd idle
First post here guys, have found alot of usefull info. Every now and again my truck idles wierd, shakes and sounds like it's loping. But I can turn it off and start it back up and idles and runs fine. Any ideas what sensor or something could be the problem. I've done the 10k mod and shimmed the fpr.

Thanks for the replies. I will have to check everything and try unplugging the icp. I know it is probably just going to be this way, just wondering if it was something to worry about.
