driver side seatbelt?

driver side seatbelt?
I was wondering if anyone elses seatbelt locks up when driving? I will be driving down the road and go to lean forward and the seatbelt locks and it wont come undone I have to undo the seatbelt and let it retract all the way then reconnect it. any ideas on how to fix this?

Mine does lock. These trucks ride rough enough to make the belt lock up. But relaxing the tension enough to let the belt retract even slightly unlocks it. Sometimes i'm sitting back in the seat when it locks and I have to stretch back pretty far to get a little slack, but it does release. Try sucking up your gut and getting a little slack back into it and see if that will unlock it.
If yours won't unlock at all, then it's malfunctioning. Can't help with a fix, sorry.
BTW, mines in the seat back (supercab).
