report: SCMT + larger throttle body installed
First installed scmt,noticed difference in off idle performance
noticable power increase @WOT.What i like is the trans options,
i have mine set @max press,stock shift points.On 1-2 shifts @wot
i bump the rev limiter {5500}.It literally blows up my rear tire now
-open diff-.But the largest increase i felt was when i installed BBK
throttle body! Dual 65mm.FYI it is the same as 4.6 mustangs+cobras
I guess the throttle body woke up the SCMT tuning.I havnt did my true duals yet,still running just a cat conv. I Like It!

It's shorthand for the Superchips Micro Tuner, which can be used
to re-program the stock computer with new engine/tranny parameters.

I Actualy got 15.4 mpg on the hwy right before i installed micro tuner
and throttle body,haven,t checked it since.i am coming in from
offshore wednesday,i will check it then.will post mileage,iam curious also.BIG power increase though.K+N,just a cat convertor, scmt,and bbk

So you are telling me that if I "found" a 4.6 cobra and "stole" the throttle body off it, it would bolt on to my V10????

YES, it didnt say v-10 on the box either.just 4.6 -2 valve+ 4 valve
65 mm dual,i called to make sure it was right before i removed the old one.Worthwile modification!

I will let everyone know if it works!! I hope so!!!! I need a reason to use more gas!!
But I just thought of something....if it is the same....if I replace it with a stock cobra throttle body....I will just be getting the same thing...a stock 57mm throttle body.......right?
BTW....how much did your BBK cost??
