Yes, I do remember the Dot Com bust.
I had a few friends that lost large sums of money.
One buddy of mine, who owned a small internet company, lost close to 4 million, but that was on paper; still, though.
As for this ethanol stuff.......IMHO...........BIG SCAM.

Higher priced/worse mileage than gasoline, nearly one-third more energy to produce than it generates in combustion, grocery vegetables (corn) up in price as more is diverted to ethanol to get the tax subsidies and energy credits.
