Question HD Yellow Bilstiens or the Silver ones for lifts?

Ok I hope someone knows the difference between these shocks cause I shure as heck dont. I have a 2.5" lift on the front of my F-250 and a F-350 block on the rear of my truck as well, so the rear would take F-350 spec shocks but what would the front take, I have noticed my front sits higher than the F-350s I have parked next to so I am not sure if a F-250 Shock or F-350 one would work on the front since its a little higher......hence my question about the HD's and Siver HD's for lifted trucks. So should I just order F-350 replacement Bilstiens HD shocks or should I get the Silver HD's for lifter aplications? Whats the diferrence and how do I know what to get if I go with the silver one's?

Thanks in advanced!

Leveling kit's don't generally require replacement shocks. I have 2" front and rear with stock length yellow Bilstiens. No issues at all. Given that the silver ones cost more I can't see any reason to opt for them....unless you're wanting custom valving.
