I'm nt trying to step on anyone's toes, but I would be prepared to take less for it if you want to sale it. That would be alot of work to build and plus it don't sound like there is much there if someone was looking for a parts truck either. But post some pics and we could get a better view of it.

I had a 51 F1 I sold that sounds about like yours. The frame was good but the cab was shot. The whole header panel was rusted out.
Not sure about there but here I have gotten 2 bonus builts for $500ea. and both had running engines and all the body parts. Sounds like a better candidate to sell the remaining body parts then try to sell the frame and scrap anything thats left.
300 is reasonable any lees scrap it or keep it. For your best money, part it out scrap the skeleton.
