no gauges no throttle (dbw)
01 f350 ps no wts light no gauges no dbw,starts and runs fine fuse #19 underdash has no power to it?? any ideas?

Have you tried a cluster diagnostic? Hold the trip button down and turn the key on, keep holding the button down and about 6 seconds later the cluster will enter it's diagnostic mode. Press it again and all of the bulbs should light. http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/dtcodes.htm
If you don't get any lights from this you have a power/ground issue with the cluster.

could this be the problem of the fuel housing heater fuse (or something relating to the fuel housing) blew, if i recall correctly the fix i have heard is unplug the heater from the housing, and replace the fuse, if you don't unplug it, it will blow the fuse again. i'm sure the more knowledgable people will be able to chime in with a better description
