Well, now I have a problem.
I am in need of a new exhaust manifold/crossover pipe for my 1955 Ford F-600. My really big problem? How do I know what size V8 engine I have? It appears to be taxi cab yellow, at least where there is a bit of paint left. Does any one have a clue as to how I can tell what size engine so I can start looking for the correct manifold. Thanks

On the Ford y-block, the exhaust bolts are in a line, on the Lincoln style y-block, the exhaust bolts don't line up.
Look for a casting number on the block. If that's a 272, there might be some under the generator, upside down. I don't know where they would be on a 239.
