IAT Sending Unit

Has anyone ever heard of an Intake Air Temperature sending unit? This is an 03 Limited with the 6.4 V10. This is supposed to be on or aroung the throttle body.

I know of the Mass Airflow Sensor. Wonder if it detects temp, too. I know some cars do but upon pondering it I don't think the V10 is required to have one.

I cant speak for all years of V-10's, but most have the MAF and IAT sensors combined in one unit. On most, its located inside of the rear half of the air filter assembly. If its not there, it should be between there and the throttle body, somewhere on the intake tube. I havent seen any of 'em directly on the throttle body itself.
