Im talking since the begining like the flames how do they not pick that up. Also the injectors. I know that all new trucks are going to have problems . But if Im going to spend that kind of money it better be awhile before I have any major problems.

Got a little over a thousand miles on my 6.4 without any problems. Sure that's not a lot although often times engine troubles like seals and such manifest themselves in the first couple hundred miles.
The "flames" were seen on one vehicle with a broken injector. This is the one in the video. There were a few more that had fuel line leaks, and the fuel ignited. As far as the first reflash fixing the "flamethrower effect", that was complete, and total hogwash. The reflash put in a warning message for the instrument cluster, and readjusted how the regen worked. There has been NO widespread flame jobs (as per hotline engineer--unless they weren't repaired under warranty). WE had one recall for a couple thousand that possibly had reverse polarity put to (3) injectors, that would cause rough running, another that reflashed to adjust shift schedules.

Vloney. if im not mastakin, did't this TSB you are talking about regarding the trans shift schedule superceed the 7-09-07 TSB regarding changes in the regen. I spoke to my dealer and they acted like the second TSB after 7-09-07 did'nt exist. How do i get the upgrade if the dealer says there is none?
I think its 07-s-49 ...its a supplement to the original recall. The dealer has to be updated on their IDS equipment to level 50.5 patch 7. PDS equipment will not work. If you've already had the "flamethrower" reflash, this one doesn't apply.
