Rear noise

Rear noise
I have a weird thud noise coming from the back end of my truck. 04 scab 4x4 At first i thought it was the front but it seams to be the rear shackle. Im not sure if i want to take it to the dealer because i have a rancho add a leaf. Have you ever heard of this noise? Do you think the dealer will notice the extra leaf?

Today i found that the rear wheels can side in and out about 1/2 an inch. Im pretty sure thats where the noise is comming from. Now im not sure i want to drive the truck. I must have broke something in the rear but i have no idea.

Unless you like to live on the wild side, I'd suggest flat beddin' that poor puppy to the shop. Then again, it has made it this far already.
I don't have any experience with these diff's, but it seems like if it moved that far, it would be free to come the rest of the way out, like the C clip is gone (assuming it has one).
