So I noticed the other day that my passenger tailight was burnt out due to the fast clicking when I turned signaled right. I park my truck when i go to work so I decided to pull the bulb out in the morning incase I got a chance to buy a new one before the end of the day. Taking the bulb out was as easy as could be. I went to crappy tire, as they stock most bubls. The number that was on the stock bulb on my 06 f150 XLT was 4057K. I looked and looked and couldn't find the right one, I even asked at the counter and the guy said they didn't stock that. I was confused so I went to the dealership. I showed him the bulb and he looked it up, he couldn't match it either. he said it's not even a bulb that is used on any other ford car. I was just wondering if anybody had an idea where this bulb could have come from. I ended up using a 3057 and it works fine. I just thought it was wierd to find this bulb in there.
