i would deal directly with them. price doesn't vary much if any with other vendors. they will send you color samples. glad they did, because the original color i thought would match my tan interior didn't. i wound up getting the taupe color (#100) with black piping. perfect match. everyone that gets in my truck comments on the seats, many not knowing they are seat covers! they make the seats more comfortablwe in my opinion due to the 1/4" or so thickness.
My interior is called medium flint, it's the newer grey. I've ordered the swatches of black, lt grey, and charcoal. I'm assuming lt grey is going to be the right color, but just though someone here might have pics.
Mastercaster thanks for putting your color # down. I have the #100 swatch and thought that was the best match for the tan interior. My door panels don't have the wood grain, they have a darker color brown so I sent off for 3 more swatches to see which one matches that, I will either get piping in that color or have the sides of the covers done in that color.
BeerStalker - make sure when you request the swatches that you tell them what your interior color is. Like mastercaster said - what looks right online may not be the best match. They have done enough of these to know what is the best match and will automatically send you that swatch as well. (#100 for the tan interior - I didn't even list that option).
yeah, i got lucky. i placed my order with a different color other than the #100, but they automatically sent me swatches before starting the covers. good thing, because the tan that i had picked online didn't match. the taupe, which i would have never guessed, is perfect.
Based on extensive reading on this forum, I'm down to choosing between Marathon and Wet Okole. We are avid horsemen and trail riders. Tramping dirt, hay and muck into the truck just happens regularly. Those of you that have either of these brands, how easy are they to keep clean? It would seem to me that the Marathon SuperHides being a cordura nylon would be easy to vacuum and wipe clean. The Okoles sure look nice, but would their material be more likely to hold dirt? This will be the final factor for me. Cost is not the issue.
i am in the landscaping business, so my interior sees plenty of dirt, mud, grass and so on. i have had no trouble keeping them clean. i just wipe them down with a soft wet cloth now and then. i actually put mine in the washing machine once (not recommended by wet okole)to just do a really good cleaning. they came out fine. i don't know anything about the marathon covers. i can say i have been very happy with the wet okole covers. i love the fact that they are waterproof too. when i took them off to wash, my seats underneath looked exactly as they did the day i bought the truck. that says a lot for being in my line of work, and also toting around my 6 year old daughter!
mastercaster - you may have just convinced me to go Wet Okole! I am sure you get as much "stuff" into your truck in your line of work as we do in dusty campgrounds! Thank you for a great testimonial!

I am considering buying a set and have the same interior color - do you have the # of the match from your samples?
I recieved them a couple weeks ago, but I haven't ordered covers yet. I still haven't decided what color I want to get. #21 Light Grey is pretty close to the color of the leather seats, but not quite. #11 Charcoal is a pretty close match to the carpet. I was really hoping someone with the Flint interior would have them and post what color they got, but I guess not so far.
I also just decided to request samples from Marathon as their Superhides seat covers sound pretty good too. I also really like their saet back gun case. I think it would be really handy for deer season.
I really like those wet okole seat covers, only problem is, I'm gonna have a hard time affording fronts and rears at the same time. Anyone have just fronts for a while and think that it looks ok?
ive seen pretty much all the brands and marathons are by far the best. made specifically for your seats, people will think you had your seats recovered. waterproof cordura too. i had camo ones in my old chevy and loved em, still need to order some for my super duty.
I like my marathon seat covers. Went with the 1000 Cordoura, Darn was it real tree. Anyway pretty bullet proof for dog claws in the back seat. I remove them here and there to clean and not one issue with the leather seats yet.
