HELP Valve Spring Compressor

'55 F100

Does anyone know where I could get the special valve spring compressor for the 4.6L engine so I can replace my valve seals without removing the cams? I checked local parts stores including Napa, no luck.

I found the tool doing a web search at www.thetoolwarehouse.net on sale even for $62.50. Ford wanted $644 to replace the valve seals.
