Rust Never Sleeps
I've got a nice 77 F250 Supercab from California - no rust anywhere, but I've noticed the seam sealer in the cowl is cracked from age. I can see it by looking though the vent intake grill below the windshield - but I see no easy way of getting to it to clean up the old dried up sealer and replace with new. I'm thinking of hitting it with the pressure washer through the opening, then drying it out with compressed air, then pouring in some sort of sealer. Anyone try this?

Maybe use a hacksaw blade as well

RV places have great products for sealing joints.
I'd see what they have in caulking gun form .
