Audio problems on a 2004 F150
The word "Phone" has appeared on my audio system display?
The radio or the cd player don't work?
The clock display still works.
Have pushed every button but nothing.
Pulled the fuse and plugged back in. The same?
Could the mute button be on?
Pushed the button, even held it and nothing happen?
Help?

try looking in your owner's manual to see what it says about activating/de-activating the phone feature.
or instead of pulling your fuse, try to disconnect the battery or even pull the radio out of the dash and disconnect the plugs and that might reset it.

I would confirm the suggestion of disconnecting the battery. That affects the memory in the truck management module even though some componets have a certain level of memory internally.
Leave it disconnected for about 1 minute.
