Heavy fuel oil (big ships, industry) and diesel are the two least refined fuels out there. Just a step above motor oil.

Diesel is easier to refine but ULSD makes it so that oil that is considered sour cannot be used in diesel fuel so in the end the gov is cutting out a certain percent of supply in the market, and the only thing that windfall profit taxes hurt was domestic oil. And stormyrider tell your son thanks for his service in iraq and he has my support.
