Equivalent Tire sizes.

All of these new fancy tire sizes really confuse me. Can one of you tire gurus out there tell me what the equivalent tire size in a 16 inch is to the 9:50X16.5 load range D that is currently on my truck.

there they have a size calculator to help you out with stuff like that

A 31 x 10.50 x15 is about the same size as a 9.50 x 16.50.

The 16" tires usually do not have a size in this dimension unless you go to P265/75r16 or LT265/75r16.
