What's the difference?

Exterior wise, what's the difference between the 2002 powerstroke and the 2006 powerstroke? Grille, emblems, and sticker?

Correct me if i am wrong.

thanks

Bumper, grill, headlights, mirrors, emblems, and wheels/ tires. All of which can be bolted on to the 02 (may be some modifications required). I am sure you are aware there are mechanical differences as well.

The 4x4 front end has leaf springs on the 02, coil springs (5' tighter turning radius)on the 05 and up. The frames are different, and as mentioned the engine and transmition. There are probably numerous other little things that were changed also, but I think we hit the big ones.

Front frame rails are a little bit different i believe, new wider axle and like mentioned, radius arm/coil sprung front end. Brakes are alot bigger, as well as the calipers. Wheel offset is more to compensate for the wider axle. Front end, including grille, header panel, head lights and bumper are all different. The interior is almost completely redesigned, however everything is near the same location just revised, i like the dash on my 02 better but i like the instrument cluster especially the led lighted pointers in the new ones.
