Someone Please Help
i bought an 87 f150, it had cought on fire, but was put out before it grew out of hand, but it did melt some wires, but thats all, and i replaced all of the wires and sensors. also put a new coil, new module, and new computer in it, still wont start. next is a new distributer and pick up coil. if it dont start then im putting a late 70's 351 modified in it, any info on it will be greatly appreciated

If it wasn't running and it was easy like said its a more than likely wiring problem . Why remove a good motor ? I rebuild several burn trucks (thank Ford for the cruise switch thing) Even with damamged intake I have got them running.
