Ford Recall

So I see that a lot of our trucks are being recalled. The recall list shows 02-04 Lightings, I am assuming that means Harleys too? Does anyone know what the switch is they are talking about (cruise control). Are they talking about the switches on the steering wheel?

It is the switch on the master cylinder.
It connects to the c/c and cuts it off when the brake pedal is depressed.
The repair is to replace the switch and add an in line fuse.
