Front Leaf Spring Bolt?
Anyone know what is required to remove the front leaf springs on a 03 FX4? I can not figure out if I am going to need to remove the condenser to remove the front bolt? Thanks!

Just unbolt the lower condenser brackets one at a time, so the condenser doesn't fall, and then if necessary, you can slightly move the bottom of the condenser for bolt clearance. I changed my front springs a couple of years ago, and I DID NOT have to remove the condenser. Removing the front bumper gives you easy access to everything also.

ron, i did the eame thing a couple of months ago with my excursion. removed the bumper, and removed 1 condenser bracket to get at the bolts.
alot of people put the bolts in the opposite way so they dont run into that if they want to take them out again..
riggz, you unbolted the bracket? well, if you did that you should have done the hanger lift then..
