Custom Cat Converters?
I live in California where smog emition regulations are very tight and was just wondering if it would be a good idea to get some high flow cat converters for my 96 F150 (it actually has 2 of them, one after the other). Firt of all, i have heard people say that it might not pass smog if i get them so i am wondering if this is true. Also, I am wondering just how much of a differance they will make (i already have a sidepiped magnaflow exhaust).

Being that it is 12 years old, you might see some improvement.
However, magnaflow should have some 50 state converters. If you can't find it in direct fit, you can use the universal. Random has a good name in the performance world too, but I don't know much about them.
