transmission options
I need to replace the transmission in my '88. (see post - oil soaked clutch).. It has the 5 speed Mitsubishi.. is there a better 5 speed to use? I've heard that in the newer Rangers they used the M50D tranny in the 4x4's.. will that bolt upto the 2.9L or am I stuck with the Mitsubishi? I have never liked Mitsubishi, or their product.
