148k, did up pipes, switched to a non ebpv pedestal, ats housing, cck, shimmed the fpr, straight through muffler, afe stage 2, one sterling 10.5 rear, 5 sets of tires, 1 wheel bearing, one set of brakes, rotors, in tank mods, one cps. As far as things that needed to be done, the rear end, one cps, and brakes. Everything else could have gotten bye, but i felt i needed to do the other things. I also am running an edge evo for now as its free. in the summer i average 15ish mpg. Last tank was 15.7 over 650 miles, which reminds me of my transferflow 47gallon midship replacement tank for shortbeds. worst tank this summer empty was probably 14.5 Winter seems to be 12.5-13 empty. Empty for me is 8700, due to tools, cap, etc.

I've got 105K on mine with the basic mods listed in sig. I've only owned it for 3 months. Had to replace front left hub assembly, axle seals, ICP sensor, and brakes, needs shocks, gauges, and a tuner. My "trip computer" read 15.8mpg before the 5" exhaust and the 10K mod. After those, she reads 17.7-17.8mpg. Haven't run enough fuel through to do the computations on paper but a tank full goes quite a bit farther now.

01 F250 CC 4x4 Larriat SD short bed. 53K miles
Went through all my files and this is what I found
Fixed Broken stuff
CPS, 4R100 trans (Ford rebuild), CPS (yup, twice), Brakes (rotors first time, calipers and rotors/all 4, second time), Carrier Bearing, front door ajar switches, e-brake cable, water pump, block heater cable, EBPV leak
Fixed the stuff that wasn't broken (See signiture)
6" Lift, Large Tires, Exhaust, Intake, Gauges, CPU (programmer, then got smart and Chipped it), HPX crossover, FPR shim (Fuel), 203* thermostat & billet housing, Recal Speedo, boost relief valve, BTS Trans, etc...
Things that are planned to be upgraded (PMS)
Too many to list...

I've done work on my buddies 99 f-350 4wd. The odometer quit working two years ago and reads over 250,000 miles. We guess that the truck has over 300 on it now. It has a chip in it and is on it's 3rd tranny (6 spd), 2nd clutch, u-joints, and brakes. Has never touched the engine other than glow plugs and GPR. This one was built Ford tough, it has not had an easy life, always on a stock trailer.
