Hey guys, I'm really new around here, about 2 months new. I just got my gallery up and running and wanted to share my pictures. I have chimmed in a few times but usually just read and learn. I purchased the truck as you see it but have plans for future changes. It looks nicer in the pic's than I 'll give it credit for. I'll give it the 10' - 10 MPH rating.

I wouldn't apologize for those looks! The many extra $$$ needed to get those 1' - 2 mph looks aren't worth it for a truck that gets driven. You'd just cry if your door got dinged or someone leaned on it.

That must fly with a 455, talk about torque... you and BobbyT (500 Cad) should have a tire-smokin' contest!

Now I never said "455" but I like what your thinking. It has a "307" Olds. The whole drive train came from a 87 cutlass. A PO ( builder ) needed a drivetrain and came across a complete car with 60000 mi so thats how that came about. I may do a motor change in the future back to a ford. Maybe 1966 427 with a AOD trans.

Thanks for thinking BIG motor
Rick

Nice truck and 'Cuda. I wish I could have started with one in that condition. Oh well I guess it's only a matter of time and money now. Thanks for the pictures, we love pictures.

My thoughts exactly! If I had bought one complete, it would have been a pile of parts within 6 months because I can never leave well enough alone. I always have to modify something to suit me.

nice truck and i love the color !!! the 307 aint no powerhouse but i had an 85 delta 88 brougham i bought new with it and it was the most dependable , reliable , go anywhere , do anything motor i think ive ever had . she had almost 275 000 on her when i got broadsided by a ricer trying to do his best to go fast and totalled it . hit me hard enough to break the tranny case !! leave her alone and enjoy !! .
